Enjoy live music as you discover a mouth-watering menu crafted by their talented executive chef, using fresh local ingredients sourced from the Scenic Rim. This delectable long lunch will feature a starter, two shared platter courses and dessert along with three hours of bottomless drinks, all enjoyed alongside Canungra Creek boasting vineyard & mountain views. Once the taste buds are satisfied, we’ll make our way up to the top of Mt Tamborine for an afternoon of wine & panoramic views.

Enjoy a laid-back afternoon at Witches Falls Winery for a premium wine tasting at this incredible location. Enjoy live music, food trucks (gourmet tacos) and a bounty of beverages on offer.

Tickets Include: A 3 course lunch at O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyard, 3 hour bottomless drink package, a wine tasting at Witches Falls Winery, return transport to and from Brisbane, plus snacks and water on the bus.

Bring along a picnic rug, your shopping tote and an appetite as we kick start our morning at the Growers and Makers Markets at North Stores in Tamborine Mountain. Meet the local growers and food artisans, explore Tamborine Mountain’s finest local produce and enjoy the morning of market stalls, culinary delights and live music.

Witches Falls Winery - Wine Tasting + Tipples & Tacos + Live Music
After a short 5 minute drive, we’ll arrive at Witches Falls Winery where we’ll enjoy a premium wine tasting by the vines (with the option to swap your wine tasting for a cider tasting paddle).
Enjoy a laid-back atmosphere with live music and mouth-watering tacos prepared by Scenic Rim Food Ambassador Josue Lopez. With over 20 different drinks to choose from, including a wide selection of wines, craft beers, and hard ciders, there's something for everyone.

A quick stop at the Hang Glider’s lookout to soak up panoramic views of the Scenic Rim Mountain Range before we head off to our next tantalising destination.

Tamborine Mountain Distillery - liqueur & spirit tasting
To finish off the day, we’ll head to Tamborine Mountain Distillery for a delicious tasting of their award winning liqueurs and spirits. With over 80 different flavours to choose from, you’re bound to find the perfect drop.
The trip back to Brisbane will take roughly one hour from Tamborine Mountain.

Tickets Include: A premium wine tasting at Witches Falls Winery, a liqueur tasting at the Tamborine Mountain Distillery, snacks and water on the bus, plus return transport.

Meet the Producer - Fermented Food Festival - Summer Land Camels  
Dive headfirst into the vibrant world of food fermentation at the Fermented Food Festival at Summer Land Camels. This is where flavours come alive and you can learn about the amazing health benefits of this ancient art. You can browse through market stalls, relish in fermented delights ranging from sourdough to wine and beer, and gain insights from experts. The morning will be filled with live music, the opportunity to cuddle with the camels, exceptional mountain views and country fun. We’ll provide an esky in the bus for you to store your fermented goodies, before embarking on a scenic 30 minute drive to Mt French Lodge for our delicious long lunch.

Long Lunch on the Lawn  - Mount French Lodge
Indulge in a delicious four-course meal and savour local flavours while enjoying breathtaking views of the Scenic Rim from the top of Mount French during this intimate long lunch on the lawn.

Lake Moogerah - Scenic Views & A Taste of Tamborine
End the day with breath-taking views of Moogerah Lake, as we toast to the day with local Limoncello from Tamborine Mountain Distillery, before making our journey back to Ipswich & Brisbane.

Tickets Include: Free time at Summer Land Camels to enjoy the Fermented Food Festival, a delicious four course meal with exceptional views at Mt French Lodge, a tasting of award winning Limoncello from Mt Tamborine Distillery, overlooking Lake Moogerah, return transport, plus snacks and water on the bus.

Scenic Rim Farm Shop / Elderflower Farm:
First stop on this delicious foodie tour will be the Scenic Rim Farm Shop for coffee and freshly baked cake - enjoyed under the towering 120-year-old jacaranda trees.  Spend some time exploring the Scenic Rim Farm Shop’s market store before a truly sensory wander between the colourful flower beds of the adjacent Elderflower Farm.  

A Locavore’s Delight - Long Lunch - Kooroomba Lavender Farm
After coffee & cake, we’ll take a 30-minute scenic drive, offering stunning views of the Scenic Rim Mountain Range and Moogerah Dam, en route to the Kooroomba Lavender Farm where you’ll delight your senses with a fusion of farm-fresh ingredients and artisanal creations, expertly crafted by Scenic Rim Food Ambassador Elliot Platz and his talented team. This six-course degustation celebrates local flavours and pays homage to Scenic Rim farmers and producers. A truly captivating culinary experience, nestled amidst the lavender fields with a backdrop like no other.

Bunjurgen Estate:
To finish the day off, we’ll head to Bunjurgen Estate to catch the sun setting over the mountain range, while enjoying a wine & port tasting before heading back home to Ipswich / Brisbane.

Tickets Include: Coffee & cake, a 6-course degustation, paired wines (if you have selected this option), a short wine tasting at Bunjurgen Estate (x 3), pick-up and drop-off service to Brisbane & Ipswich, plus snacks and water on the bus.

Join Scenic Rim Food Ambassadors, Alison Alexander and Caroline Jones for an enjoyable and delicious day in the countryside. The day starts with morning tea, followed by produce picking in the fields. You can expect an abundance of food & laughter during interactive cooking demonstrations, followed by a delicious two-course lunch with wine, all in the beautiful setting of the Scenic Rim Farm Shop & Cafe. You'll have free time to explore the garden beds at the adjacent Elderflower Farm before heading to our next destination. This is a perfect opportunity to experience the beauty and bounty of the Scenic Rim region.

Bunjurgen Estate: Finish this fun filled day with a local wine & port tasting overlooking the scenic rim mountain range before heading back home to Brisbane.

Enjoy a tasting platter under the olive trees - with cheese, crackers, olives & homemade relishes, accompanied with Tamborine Mountain Distillery’s famous Limoncello. After you’ve satisfied the tastebuds, browse through an abundance of produce including jams, relishes, salts, garnishes, oils & more at the iconic ‘Farm Bus Shop’. Say a quick hello to the farm animals before heading to our next destination.

The Progressive Paddock with Ash Martin- Scenic Rim Farm Shop & Café                      
Gather your friends for an exceptional farm foraging experience, strolling through the paddocks to pick up fresh produce. Each stop will feature a different ingredient, small dish and paired wines. Finish the afternoon adventure under the towering jacarandas, where Scenic Rim Food Ambassador Ash Martin will prepare your tantalising main meal. Relax in great company with fantastic food, drinks, and live music, leaving with a full belly and a bag full of deliciously fresh produce. An incredible event - not to miss!

Tickets Include: A shared cheese board & limoncello at Olive View Estate, A truly exceptional farm to plate experience - tasting a variety of small plates paired with a beverage as you forage through the working farm & collecting produce along the way, a main meal served under the jacaranda trees, a bag full of fresh produce to take home, return transport, plus snacks and water on the bus.

  • A Deluxe Long Lunch Dining Experience in the Countryside

Experience countryside hospitality at its finest with this exclusively private long lunch experience, with return private transport. Savour local flavours through a two, three or four-course lunch, prepared by incredible chef & culinary Wizz – Julie Frost. Each meal will be perfectly paired with premium local wines presented by Tash Maree Tours & Events. This venue is completely BYO, so you can bring along your favourite tipple to enjoy with lunch, whilst soaking up breathtaking scenery of rolling hills (and incredibly cute cows).
You can expect a beautifully set table with flora & fauna, fine glass & tableware, cloth napkins, sparkling & rain water set on the table, ice coolers for your BYO drinks & a take-home pantry gift (available with the three and four courses).

Tickets Include: Return transport, a country-style long lunch, paired wines, a private setting with panoramic views, cooled ice buckets for your BYO drinks, plus snacks and water for the trip home.

Option: Add Limoncello to your beverage pairing

Minimum requirements: We absolutely love supporting the Scenic Rim and these wonderful events, however minimum requirements will need to be met before we can confirm your tour (which is only 6 people!). If the minimum requirement is unfortunately not met on your desired date, a full refund will be given. Alternatively, we can transfer you to another Eat Local Tour, OR you can have the opportunity to keep your main event ticket (as a self drive option). This option will include a partial refund (full refund, minus main event ticket costs + admin fee).

Private tours: If you have a group of 8 or more people, feel free to chat to us about private bus experiences.

Transport: Our regular bus holds up to 11 passenegers, however for popular events we may arrange a 20 seater to accomodate the group. Bottled water & chips are provided on the bus. Drinking alcohol in the bus is not permitted.
