CANCELLATION Policy:

Within 24 hours: Non-refundable
Between 24 hours – 4 days: We will refund 25% of your ticket costs
Between 5 -14 days: We will refund 50% of your ticket costs
Between 15-21 days: We will refund 75% of your ticket costs
22+ days: Full refund (minus a $25 service fee pp)

Refunds will be issued back to the same card or bank account of which you initially paid.

PRIVATE GROUP TOURS

DEPOSITS:
To secure a wine / beer tasting tour for your private tour group, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your date. Your remaining balance will be due in full no later than 14 days prior to your tour date.

Please be mindful that our weekend dates tend to book out quickly & we operate on a ‘first in best dressed’ system. If you wish to secure your date, please make your deposit as soon as possible to avoid missing out. Unfortunately, we cannot hold bookings until your deposit has been received.  

If you already have a booking, although wish to change the date - a credit will only be given if there is plenty of notice prior to your tour date & another group has replaced your booking. 
If your numbers drop within 21 days of your tour - cancellation fees will apply for these people.

To secure a private tour - we will need to have a credit card on file (there will be no charges made, unless there’s a last minute cancellation)

MIN NUMBERS (for private tours):
Private tours can be arranged for a minimum of 8 people. If you have less than 8 people, we can still operate a private tour, however a private tour fee will be charged.
7 people: $100
6 people: $200
5 people: $300 (etc)

MAX NUMBERS (for private tours):
Our regular tour bus can seat up to 11 passengers. For larger groups, a 24 seater bus can be arranged on demand. For corporate tours & XL groups - charter buses (varying from 35-60 seats) can be arranged on demand
(subject to availability)


PUBLIC TOURS

If you are booking a public tour (for less than 8 people), upfront payment will be required to secure your seats. The above cancellation fees will apply to your public tickets.

MIN NUMBERS (for public tours):
We require a minimum of 5 people to run our public day tours.

MAX NUMBERS (for public tours):
We run our public tours in our 11 seater bus (12 including our tour guide’s seat).


RESTRICTIONS / CANCELLATIONS (DUE TO NATURAL DISASTERS OR A PANDEMIC):

If you need to cancel your tour due to Covid-19, or a natural disaster. We can refund your tickets minus a $25pp service fee (up to $200 for a group booking).

If you have booked a large group tour (8+), the same service fee will apply per person – up to $200.
I.e.: If you wish to cancel a booking for 22 people, a $200 service fee will apply ($9.10 pp). If you cancel a tour for 8 people, a $200 service fee will apply ($25 pp). This service fee will be deducted from your deposit.

As a small business, the above policy must be in place for our business to survive this extremely challenging time. Like most small businesses - Covid-19 has given us our fair share of setbacks and challenges. However! We’re determined to get through this rough patch so we can continue showing off our stunning local wine region for many years to come. We truly apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you & hope you can be understanding of our current situation.


HOUSE RULES:
1) Please be ready to depart 10 minutes prior to your arranged pick up time. We have carefully planned & pre-booked each tasting experience. If your group is running late, it may result in missing out on your scheduled tastings.
2) There is strictly no drinking alcohol on the bus. Our venues are nice and close together - so we wont leave you without a drink in your hand for too long. Water & chips will be available on the bus (please take your rubbish with you).
3) Please drink responsibly. Venue staff & tour guides reserve the right to stop serving you alcohol if they feel your behaviour is unruly, or believe you to be intoxicated.
4) You must be over the age of 18 to sample any alcohol on the tour.
5) Please be respectful of all staff & others on board the tour (our wonderful tour guides, venue staff & fellow customers).
6) Please abide by all covid-19 government regulations.

SERVICE PROVIDERS & LIABILITY: 
While we thrive on making sure our package deals meet your expectations, we take no responsibility for unexpected changes such as, but not limited to, changes by individual service providers, venue closure, extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, road closures, etc. TMTE is not liable for any loss, expense or damage that may occur to yourself or your belongings during any particular tour or travel.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Tash Maree Tours & Events collects only the information you choose to give to us for contact purposes / tour purposes only. Your full name, email & phone number will be mandatory during Covid-19 to assist with contact tracing. Tash Maree Tours & Events understands the importance of keeping your information private and secure. No personal information collected will be provided to any third parties without your consent. Tash Maree Tours & Events may use your information to send a review request, following your beer or wine tasting tour. You will not be subscribed to any further mailing lists.

PRICES: 
We endeavour to package the best tours at the best prices. However, due to fluctuations charged by service providers, the price of your tour is subject to change until such time as you pay for the tour in full.

GIFT VOUCHERS: Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
