Cancellation fees do apply. Cancellations 10 or more days in advance will receive 75% of your total purchase refunded. Cancellations 4-9 days in advance will receive 50% of your total purchase refunded. Cancellations 0-3 days in advance will receive 25% of your total purchase refunded.
Deposit: If you wish to secure your booking and make payment at a later stage, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booking. Should you cancel your booking at a later stage, this deposit will not be refundable due to the selected date being blocked from further bookings. 

Minimum numbers: 
We require a minimum of 4 people to run a day tour. In the unfortunate case where minimum numbers have not been met on the date of your booking, we will first endeavor to find a competing tour company to complete your tour. If we are unsuccessful in finding an alternative - you will be issued a full refund and the tour will be cancelled. Notifications will be sent via email unless otherwise instructed. 

Service providers: 
While we thrive on making sure our package deals meet your expectations, we take no responsibility for unexpected changes such as, but not limited to, changes by individual service providers, venue closure, extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, road closures etc. TMT is not liable for any loss, expense or damage that may occur to yourself or your belongings during any particular tour or travel.

We endeavor to package the best tours at the best prices. However, due to fluctuations charged by service providers, the price of your tour is subject to change until such time as you pay for the tour in full.
