A country escape, with delicious food, wine & scenic views!
Mentally - we’re on a country escape in Tuscany. Physically - we’re at the foot of Mt Tamborine,
where a few of our favourite hidden gems await!!
This tour is a relaxed 3 venue tour that explores local wines, delicious food & a few farm animals along the way.
Available to book from Friday - Sunday for private groups only.
Price: From $205pp
Duration: Roughly 9:00 - 5:00pm (times will vary depending on your pick up location)
Includes: Wine tasting at 3 venues, a delicious lunch from Sarabah Estate, snacks and water on the bus, plus return transport to eligible suburbs.
Itinerary
10:00-11:00am: Start your day off with a self guided wine tasting paddle at O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyard - a gorgeous venue that’s stretched along the banks of Canungra Creek. Enjoy your wines picnic style, or grab a table on the verandah overlooking the vines. O’Reilly’s is also home to Mountain View Alpaca Farm with many options available to pat, feed or take your cuddly new friend for a walk around the grounds (this must be pre-booked).
11:30-1:45pm: Next stop is Sarabah Estate - a Tuscan Treat! Be guided through their range of wines, with food pairing tips along the way! Sarabah Estate are passionate about food, so it only seems fitting to have a nice big feast while we’re here. Feel free to explore the grounds - through olive trees and along the dam. You may even bump into some more farm friends along the way!
2:15-3:30pm: Your last stop will be either Albert River Wines, or Mt Nathan Winery where we’ll sip our way through one last wine tasting for the day, before making the trip back home. Option to add a cheese platter.
* If you wish to pre-book an alpaca experience, we suggest the 30 minute Alpaca Experience ($24). Please let us know if you have added this to your tour, as we will need to factor this into our timings for the day. Feeding bags can be purchased on the day ($3).
The above times are just a guide - please double check your itinerary & timings before locking in an Alpaca Experience.
* Private tours require a minimum of 8 people to run. Alternatively, we can book for less people & add a private tour fee.
* Tasting experiences are for 18+ only, however we don’t see why you can’t bring the kids along. With farm friends and big open spaces - there’s plenty of room for them to run around. Ticket prices will vary depending on their age & inclusions.
Under 18 Price Guide:
Teenagers: $155pp (includes a delicious lunch & ice-cream, a non-alcoholic drink, plus a feeding bag for the alpacas)
Under 12: $145pp (includes a kids lunch & ice-cream, a non-alcoholic drink, plus a feeding bag for the alpacas)
0-3 year olds: Free
Transport: Our bus seats up to 11 passengers. For larger groups, we can arrange a 24 seater bus for the day (subject to availability). Please note our buses do not have an anchor point for baby seats. For more details regarding child restraint compliances & exemptions, click here.
