We take pride in our customer service here at TMTE - we’re here to answer any questions or concerns you may have & help you book the right tour. However, if you’d prefer skip the chat and book online, click the green “BOOK NOW” button at the bottom of your screen to make payment and secure your tour. Please note our online booking partners take a small online booking fee. This fee can be avoided by booking direct via email.

PICK UP / DROP OFF:
For Private Tours: We can provide a pick up service to your doorstep in Brisbane, Springfield, Northern GC or Tamborine Mountain. Some pick up restrictions apply - please send us an email to check if your home / holiday accommodation is eligible for free pickup.
For Public Tours: We have multiple pick up zones located around Brisbane, Mt Tamborine & suburbs along the way. Let us know where you are located to find out where the closest meeting point will be.

Each tour is unique, however we will try our best to ensure we’re offering the best option for you and your group & creating a comfortable experience for everyone on board.
BOOK DIRECT: If you have found our website & wish to book a day tour, we kindly ask that you book directly through us, instead of through larger booking platforms that showcase our wine tasting tours.
