  • A Deluxe Long Lunch Dining Experience in the Countryside

Experience countryside hospitality at its finest with this exclusively private long lunch experience, with return private transport. Savour local flavours through a three or four-course lunch, prepared by incredible chef & culinary Wizz – Julie Frost. Each meal will be perfectly paired with premium local wines presented by Tash Maree Tours & Events. This venue is completely BYO, so you can bring along your favourite tipple to enjoy with lunch, whilst soaking up breathtaking scenery of rolling hills (and incredibly cute cows).
You can expect a beautifully set table with flora & fauna, fine glass & tableware, cloth napkins, sparkling & rain water set on the table, ice coolers for your BYO drinks & a take-home pantry gift.

Tickets Include: Return transport, a country-style long lunch, 3 x paired wines from Witches Falls Winery, a private setting with panoramic views of the farm, cooled ice buckets for your BYO drinks, plus bottled water for the trip home.

The Fine Print:

This venue is completely BYO so you can bring bubbles to celebrate, wine, craft beers, even set up a cocktail bar! The sky is the limit. We will provide all the glassware to sip from, bottles of chilled UV filtered rain water, sparkling San Pellegrino and tubs of ice to keep all your beverages cool. No other beverages will be available to purchase from the venue.

All meals are individually plated - usually with shared platters of salad or sides. Everything is homemade from fresh, seasonal, and where possible, local produce, so after some too and fro with you to curate the perfect menu for your group the menu then becomes fixed for all of your guests.

We will require ALL dietary requirements and final numbers locked in 10 days prior to your event (they can accommodate Vegetarian, Gluten and nut free with no changes available on the day). Due to the nature of our intimate small kitchen setting, all food will be prepared prior to your group arrival - therefore, we cannot make any changes to the menu on the day, so please take care when approving the final menu.

You are welcome to organise your own DJ, live singer or entertainment or we can organise a playlist for some background tunes if you prefer. You can also bring along or drop off prior, a seating plan and name tags, table décor, bunting, celebration cake or any other little bibs and bobs you might like to personalise the space with.

Optional extras: 
DIY Mocktail Station- $16/head. Includes Homemade hibiscus, rosewater, lime syrup to add to BYO spirits and mixers. Low ball cocktail tumblers with fresh fruit and herb garnish from the garden. Extra drinks ice.
Celebration Cake service- $7/headIncludes cutting and plating of BYO celebration cake. Accompanied with jugs of fresh cream.
DIY Tea and Coffee station. $9/head. Includes, pots of tea, plunger coffee, milk, sugar, cups and teaspoons

T & C’s:

  1. This venue will require a $200 date holding deposit, to confirm the booking. This deposit is not refundable but transferable up to 2 weeks prior to the booking.

  2. Confirmed numbers are due 10 days prior to your booking.

  3. Special dietary requests due also 10 days prior. They can accommodate Vegetarian, Gluten, dairy and nut free.  No changes available on the day.

  4. Full payment will be due 14 days prior to your booking.

  5. No refunds unless MFK has to postpone the event, in which case full refunds are offered if guests cannot attend the rescheduled date. Reasons for cancellation may include road closure.

  6. Weather effects. The venue is considered an all weather location however there are rare occasions where the only access to the property via Billiau Road is closed due to flooding.

  7. Limited disability access. Parking, dining and cocktail areas are all on a single level with hard flooring surfaces. The unisex bathroom facilities are wheelchair accessible with the aid of a mobile wheelchair ramp to get over the entrance threshold. In the toilet cubicle there are no grab rails and no turning room so wheelchair guests need to stand and transfer themselves.

  8. Pick up: We prefer one meeting point per group, however we can allow a maximum of 2 meeting locations per group (within reason). Chat to our friendly staff to discuss options.

  9. Minimum numbers:

A. The Deluxe 4-course soiree which includes canapes with your BYO pre-lunch drinks, starters, mains, dessert and mini gift jars of MFK goodness. requires a minimum of 10 diners.

B. A beautiful 3-course luncheon, (starters, mains, dessert) requires a minimum of 12 diners.

C. A delish 2-course luncheon (mains and dessert) requires a minimum of 15 diners.
