Gin Blending + Food & Wine Experience

Duration: 10:00am – 5:00pm (times may vary depending on your pick up location)

Start the day off at one of Mt Tamborine’s picturesque wineries for a delicious wine tasting, followed by two course lunch. Once our bellies are full, we’ll head to The Cauldron for an afternoon curating the perfect gin. This tour will allow for free time in Gallery Walk to explore local shops (cheese, fudge or further wine / beer / liqueur tasting), as well as a visit to the iconic Hang-glider’s Lookout, for the best views of the Great Dividing Range & Scenic Rim!

Gin Blending Experience: Set in Cauldron Distillery’s world-class stillhouse, you will be guided to curate the perfect gin, using botanicals of your choice (orange, sage, and anise or perhaps rose petals, strawberry and cocoa nibs?). Their talented team will help you select from a multitude of individually distilled botanicals and skilfully blend them together to create a balanced gin that suits your palate and taste.

• A 200ml bottle of your very own gin to take home
